Refund Policy

• All refunds are subject to a 5% administrative charge.  
• Purchases are refundable prior to any services being scheduled or rendered.  
• Once a session has been scheduled, you may cancel in writing up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund.  If not cancelled in writing at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged for the scheduled session.  
• For sessions that are part of a larger package:  Once mediation sessions have commenced, you are entitled to a refund of any time not yet utilized or scheduled to be utilized within 48 hours.  
• If one party cancels or fails to show up, both parties are subject to time deductions and the refund rules stated herein.  
• All requests must be made in writing and emailed to hello@doingitdifferentlydivorce.com.
